• The Private Equity Client structure, combined with the Operating Executive Investor Network and other private equity relationship institutions, allows GLP to access significant funds to support LBOs in targeted sectors. GLP has the potential to pursue transactions requiring £1+ billion in equity

• GLP plans, identifies and executes, with its partners, gaming and hospitality development opportunities and complex asset repositioning. Due to the longer lead times for these projects, these are driven principally by cash on cash return objectives
