GLP advises Inspired Entertainment Inc. on the sale of its UK holiday parks business to GENDA Inc.

We are pleased to announce that Global Leisure Partners LLC (“GLP”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Inspired Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: INSE) on the sale of its UK holiday parks business and certain associated leisure assets to GENDA Inc. (TSE:9166), a global entertainment company, for a total consideration of approximately £18.6 million ($25.1m) in cash. This transaction, which was first announced on August 27, 2025, received all required regulatory approvals and satisfied all other closing conditions.

Inspired is evolving its B2B business towards a digital and scalable model to drive stronger longer-term growth, higher margins and improved free cash flow generation. Therefore, the sale of the B2C business - operating and managing 11,000 amusement and gaming machines across 170 arcades and AGCs in UK holiday parks – was an important strategic development.

After a number of acquisitions in the US and Canada, Genda decided to build a European division and opened three mini-locations in London. Consequently, the acquisition of the Inspired Holiday Parks business and associated assets is transformational in delivering a scale business with a national arcade footprint served by an integrated warehouse and distribution network.
