Operating Executive Investor Network
GLP’s Operating Executive Investor Network is a unique industry specific-network providing proprietary deal flow and access to co-investment capital. The network is a source of portfolio company management, board talent (either directly or sourced via the executives), and focused due diligence support. In addition, Operating Executive Investors provide post-transaction operational management and consulting services.
An Operating Executive is an investor in GLP and therefore their interests are aligned with the firm. Operating Executive Investors have access to proprietary co-investment opportunities in conjunction with leading global private equity firms. There are also opportunities for potential board memberships, senior operating management positions, and consulting arrangements.
The Operating Executive Investor Network was formally launched in January 2005. This unique Network differentiates GLP from other boutique advisory practices, through the depth and breadth of industry perspective and experience that its Members provide. GLP currently has 35 Operating Executives across the Gaming & Hospitality, Health & Fitness, Travel Services, Consumer Products, and Real Estate sectors. There are also selected financial and strategic investor groups which are Members of the Network.
